Description

The focus of this study is on company initiatives for workers with informal (family) care responsibilities for disabled children or adults. The objectives of the study were to produce a review of the context for company initiatives for workers with care responsibilities in the EU; design a framework for description and assessment of company case studies of good practice; report developments in four selected countries: DE, IE, NL, UK; carry out 20 case studies of relevant company initiatives in these countries. These good practice cases are documented in a searchable online knowledge base of good practice company initiatives from four European countries. empirica and the Work Research Centre in Dublin have been the project partners supported by National Correspondents from the ENIR network.
